MyKolab.com strongly recommends using Free Software / Open Source applications to connect to the service.
The web client is located at webmail.MyKolab.com. If you go to this website, please use the full email address you registered for (for example, firstname.lastname@example.org) and your password to login.
For other mobile phones and tablets, it is recommended to use the settings for other clients below to set up an IMAP account in your preferred email app.
For events, tasks and contacts, you can use the ActiveSync protocol. Please create an "Exchange" or "Corporate" account on your device and use activesync.mykolab.com as the server. Please use your full and primary MyKolab.com address as a username.
Another option is to use the CardDAV and CalDAV protocol. Please see below for those.
If you want to use one of the many available clients for Kolab, you can use the following information to configure your client for Kolab:
IMAP Server: imap.mykolab.com Port: 143 + always TLS or Port: 993 + SSL
SMTP Server: smtp.mykolab.com Port: 587 + always TLS
Please use your full and primary address as a username. We offer TLS encryption for the connection to these services and advise to always use it.
Please point your CardDAV and CalDAV capable client to either one of these addresses.
The easiest way to access your files is using the web client. In the top right corner, you can just choose 'Files'.
You can also use any WebDAV capable client to get access to your files. Just point it to one of the following locations.
The first should work for most people. Try the others only if the first one does not work for you.
